Suppliers/ Investor Suppliers Registration | تسجيل المستثمر / الموردين

الشروط والاحكام:
  1. تكون صلاحية التسجيل مدى الحياة ( المنطقة الحرة فقط)
  2. يحق لإدارة المنطقة الحرة لمطار الشارقة رفض هذا الطلب وإلغاء تسجيل شركتك في أي وقت بعد التسجيل ولن يكون لها أي مطالبة بما في ذلك الرسوم المدفوعة.
  3. نعترف بالقواعد واللوائح الخاصة بالمنطقة الحرة لمطار الشارقة ونلتزم بها.
  4. يجب أن نورد فقط للشركات المتعاقدة معنا مع عقد مسجل.
  5. يجب علينا الامتثال لإجراءات قسم الأمن الخاص بالمنطقة الحرة لمطار الشارقة في الدخول والخروج من وإلى المنطقة الحرة.
  6. نتعهد بالتعويض للمنطقة الحرة لمطار الشارقة في حال حدوث أي عمل ينتج عنه ضرر بحق المنطقة الحرة أو الشركات التابعة لها.
  7. يحق لإدارة المنطقة الحرة لمطار الشارقة فرض العقوبة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة ضد شركتنا في حالة وجود أي انتهاك لقواعد وأنظمة من الشركة أو موظفيها.
Terms and conditions:
  1. ِValidity of the registration is for life (SAIF ZONE Suppliers Only).
  2. SAIF ZONE has the right to reject this request and cancel your company registration at any time after registration and will not have any claim.
  3. We recognize and abide by the rules and regulations of SAIF-ZONE.
  4. We supply only to companies contracting with us with a registered contract (Investor Suppliers).
  5. We must comply with the procedures of the Security Department of the Sharjah Airport Saif Zone in entering and leaving the SAIF ZONE.
  6. We undertake to compensate SAIF ZONE in the event of any action that results in harm to the SAIF ZONE or its subsidiaries.
  7. SAIF ZONE management has the right to impose the penalty and take the necessary measures against our company in the event of any violation of the rules and regulations by the company or one of its employees.
المستندات المطلوبة:
  1. نسخة من الرخصة التجارية للشركة
  2. الملف التعريفي للشركة
  3. نسخة من جواز المواطن، المدير والموظفين
  4. العقد الذي يشهد به قسم التأجير للرخص خارج إمارة الشارقة
  5. الشهادة الضريبية
Required Documents:
  1. Company Trade License copy.
  2. Company profile.
  3. Passport copy of the sponsors, manager, employees.
  4. The contract for companies outside the emirate of Sharjah (Investor Suppliers).
  5. Tax certificate.
